High resolution complete enhancement pack

This enhancement pack is solely packaged to work with Risen3D

Note: If you all ready have the textures,patches and skyboxes then this pack is not
      necessary as there have been no changes to the original smaller packs

The pack contains the following;

 - Hires textures for all Doom iwads
 - Patches for all Doom iwads
 - Skyboxes by Sitters for all Doom iwads
 - Detailed textures by Daniel Norton

The textures and patches were compiled from the excellent work of several authors in the
Doom community and as such I take no credit for their wonderful contributions.
